All necessary forms must be completed and returned to me before I will assume the responsibility for your child. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please inform me immediately of any changes.

Ages Served
The ages of children that I care for are 6 weeks to 12 years of age. I am available for non-school days to care for other siblings. Arrangements must be made in advance. Transportation to and from school is available.
